Another important evidence for a genuine relationship is keeping all the receipts related to your relationship.
Examples are:
- money transfer
- hotel accommodation
- beach resorts
- plane tickets / boarding pass of his /her visit
- Engagement ring receipts
- And any receipts made while you are together.

When applying for K1 visa, it is essential to keep all proof of communications between you and or fiancee or his/her family. Some example of proof of communication are the following:
- letters
- cards
- printed chat logs/archives
- emails
- telephone bills showing your telephone/mobile number
- Internet call history (skype, YM, MSN, etc)
It is not nessary to print all the proof of communication day by day or every time you have communication. Postal mails should be kept in preparation for the interview.
Important note to remember: Do not assume that the name you used in all your letters or emails are your married name, use your single status name.
